As a real estate investor since 1983, with personal and professional experiences in tax deferred trades of real estate, combined with her ownership and operation of an accounting service business, Alicia fully understands the financial aspects of the real estate market for primary, second home and investment property owners. Prior to joining CornerStone Coastal Properties, Alicia received Hall of Fame status and other client satisfaction awards from outside sources at her previous brokerage. She is a full time Realtor, works the Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers markets, and is extremely dedicated in fully serving her clients’ best interests. Alicia has earned through experience and real estate transactions-Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and other designations and certifications.
