Born in Peoria, Illinois, and raised primarily in the southern suburbs of Minneapolis, Hank Tobler brings extensive hands-on real estate experience, practical knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others to Southwest Florida. He earned his degree in Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Hank began investing in and rehabilitating homes in 2017 and became a licensed Realtor® in 2019, earning a Rookie of the Year award early in his real estate career. Since then, he has gained experience with hundreds of properties and transactions across single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily properties, land, rentals, renovations, investment properties, and new construction.
Licensed in both Florida and Minnesota, Hank holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) designation and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®) certification. These credentials further strengthen his ability to guide homeowners, buyers, and investors through distressed-property transactions and other challenging real estate situations.
His renovation and investment background helps him recognize a property’s potential, identify concerns others may overlook, and guide clients toward informed decisions. Known for being proactive, resourceful, and an effective problem solver, Hank works diligently to protect his clients’ interests and make every transaction as smooth as possible.
At the heart of Hank’s business is a sincere desire to help others succeed. He enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping his clients achieve meaningful wins.
Hank resides in Cape Coral with his wife and two daughters. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating, fishing, golfing, visiting the beach, and embracing the outdoor lifestyle that makes Southwest Florida such a special place to call home.
