Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Sheri moved to St. Thomas, V.I. where she quickly adapted to the tropical lifestyle. Moving back to the states, she chose to settle in Fort Myers, where she worked in sales and marketing while raising three wonderful children with her husband, Steve.
Residing in Fort Myers since 1988, Sheri has a passion for real estate – something both buyers and sellers benefit from. She assures that her reputation for being thorough, while maintaining an upbeat attitude throughout the process will help make your transaction a positive one.
As an avid boater Sheri has expertise in waterfront property, but also possesses an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods from McGregor Blvd to the Caloosahatchee River corridor. Regardless of your interests, Sheri can offer you her experience and knowledge of the area to help you achieve your goals.
“My goal is to offer cutting edge tools to guide my clients in the process of purchasing or marketing a property.
Rob McNamee first visited Fort Myers during a golf outing in 1995. That’s all it took to convince him to stay.
“I liked the area so much I went out that week, and with the help of a Realtor who was very good , found a home, put in an offer, and it was accepted. ‘Went home to Hudson, NH, put my home on the market, sold it, quit my job, and moved to Fort Myers, Florida. I still live in the same Fort Myers home, in an established golf community, with great neighbors, central to everything, with the quality of life that I wanted.”
“The reason people come to this area is for the weather and the lifestyle, from the southernmost winery in the US, the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, to the Everglades. There is great, year long outdoor sporting from golf and tennis, to fishing and kayaking, and spectator sports like pro and minor league baseball, hockey and golf events. The tropical weather enhances nature watching from county parks to Everglades National Park, with a host of tropical birds, mammals and animals.”
Prior to landing in Fort Myers, Rob graduated with a BA and went to work for Columbia University in NY as an underwater photographer. For eight years, he worked a territory from the equator to points south, exploring exotic destinations. “The travel and education I received from this position helped open my eyes to the world and my future. When I started in high tech sales, I continued my extensive travels to many countries. I learned to blend in and take things in stride.”
After 911, Rob decided to give up the traveling life. He’d been pursued for a number of years by a local real estate broker to become an associate. In 2004 he acquired his real estate license and went into real estate sales full time. A true salesman at heart, Rob embraces the challenge of working one on one with buyers and sellers and sees the ever changing market as another adventure.
“When I started in real estate, I went with one of the “big three” firms in the industry.” Costs and outdated management practices caused Rob to rethink his decision. He wanted an agency that was more personal, kept costs realistic, and embraced emerging technologies. His search led him to CornerStone Coastal Properties. “After more than three years, I know it was the right decision, and have never regretted my move. I enjoy working there, the daily challenges and the people I work with.”
Noelia Shaw has lived most of her life in the Naples/Fort Myers area. Being a local, however, has not diminished her appreciation for the Southwest Florida lifestyle.
“I love having access to our spectacular, beautiful beaches. You just can’t beat the shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions Southwest Florida has to offer.” She recommends the many outdoor shopping malls such as Coconut Point, Miromar Outlet, and Gulf Coast Town Center. “Or take a stroll and do some window shopping in the world renowned shops on 5th Avenue South! Another must-see is to take a trolley ride or walk the mile long boardwalk to Clam Pass Beach.”
“I love going into homes with my clients and seeing their face light up when we find “the one”. It is a feeling of satisfaction when you are a part of one of the biggest decisions and purchases one makes: buying a HOME.”
“I joined CornerStone Coastal Properties about five years ago. I chose CornerStone because I wanted a company where I had the freedom to grow my business at my pace. CornerStone Coastal Properties has been a wonderful company to partner with.”

Judy Mitchell transferred thirty years of critical care nursing skills to a second career in real estate.
“I have a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. I wanted to do something different; have more autonomy. I thought I could use many of the same skills in real estate that I had used in nursing: listening to home buyers, to really find the right place for them; follow up and follow through.”
It worked. “I love working with buyers, listening to them about what they are looking for, teaching them about the Fort Myers market, and going out shopping for houses!” Judy cites the brokers at CornerStone Coastal Properties as her reason for joining the brokerage.
Judy and her husband Jeff have been married for twenty five years. They love their Laguna Lakes home with its proximity to the beach and Sanibel Island. In her spare time Judy enjoys bicycling, boating, tennis, and rooting for the home team, the Chicago Cubs. She also volunteers as high school competitive color guard coach, and can still put a pretty mean spin on rifle, something she learned during her own days in Color Guard.
Judy recommends visiting the beaches of Southwest Florida, and taking advantage of the bicycling and wildlife watching opportunities available here.
