Tim Evans is originally from the midwest. He has a master’s degree from Michigan State University in classical piano and taught music at the University of the Virgin Islands and Emmanuel College in Boston as well as working as a professional music director. He has been working in residential real estate for over 10 years and he enjoys helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Tim views his role in real estate as investing in a relationship, one that does not necessarily end with the purchase or sale of a home. He is available to his clients for advice and guidance about home ownership even after a transaction has concluded. Tim has an appreciation for classic Florida homes. Having been involved with many renovations and remodels of his own homes in the past, he can help you see the potential in a home whether you are preparing to list your home or buying. When Tim is not engaged in real estate or tickling the ivories, he and his husband spend their time at their home on Gasparilla Drive with their two Jack Russell Terriers.
